A small counter,
a slower kind of day.

A Cup of Cafe started with one espresso machine, a secondhand table, and a stubborn belief that good coffee shouldn't be rushed. No corporate playbook just hours spent dialing in a grind until it tasted right.

We still source from small highland growers and roast in tiny batches, because we'd rather pour fewer cups well than a lot of them carelessly.
